With already more than 1600 participants, the event committee has stopped accepting applications for the Moscow Open 2013 RSSU Cup.
The RSSU Cup will have one additional day this year. First, on February 1st behind the boards will be the participants of the MCF Cup for school champions. The following day the adult tournaments will begin.
Taking part in the festival this year will be a great number of renowned grandmasters including Russian and 2010 European champion Ian Nepomniachtshi (Moscow), 2011 European champion Vladimir Potkin (Moscow), 2012 Women's World Championship semi-finalist Harika Dronavalli (India), Russian Women's U-20 champion Anastasia Bodnaruk (St. Petersburg) and World U-16 champion Urii Eliseev (Moscow) among many others.
