In the 6th round of the Festival our commentator picked the game between Dmitry Svetushkin (Moldova) and Nikita Matinyan (Russia). Already in the opening the grandmaster from Moldova plunged into a desperate fight to snatch the initiative, throwing his queenside pawns in attack. The outcome of the battle was determined by energetic counterattack by Black, with few sacrifices, which revealed weaknesses of risky strategy adopted by the opponent.
